Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Any orders placed after 3 pm Hong Kong Time(UTC +8) will be processed the following business day, with the exception of holidays.

We process all orders as soon as possible and most orders ship out within 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday). Transit times should be added to that time frame for the total time to receive shipment.

 

We ship all orders directly from Hong Kong to our logistic partner to process the shipment.

We collaborate with a logistic company to handle our shipment, in this way, we can drastically reduce our cost of shipment, as a result, we can offer a better price for our product.

Also, our logistic company offers multiple shipping solutions for different countries, with their solutions we can offer a more economic way for your order (if you want to save cost on the shipping!).
